\nThe windows are made as energy-efficient PVC windows with a single frame and triple glazing, opening inwards.<\/p>\n

\nThe entrance to the staircase has an electric lock.<\/p>\n

Elevator<\/strong>
\nAll buildings three stories and higher have an elevator.<\/p>\n

Energy label<\/strong>
\nThe energy efficiency of the building corresponds to the A energy class label. Solar panels will be installed on the roof.<\/p>\n

Interior walls<\/strong>
\nNon-load-bearing walls are single-layer plaster walls on a metal frame and are insulated with mineral wool.<\/p>\n

Finishing<\/strong>
\nThe walls and ceilings of the living areas will be painted, the walls and floors in wet rooms will be covered with ceramic tiles. The floors of the living areas will be covered with single-strip laminate parquet in the standard finish according to the package chosen by the client.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Doors<\/strong>
\nThe interior and exterior doors of the apartment are smooth doors.<\/p>\n

Heating system<\/strong>
\nThe source of heat supply for residential buildings is a district heating network. The apartments have room-based controlled water floor heating.<\/p>\n

Ventilation<\/strong>
\nHigh-quality air exchange and healthy indoor air are ensured by a central forced ventilation system with heat recovery.<\/p>\n

Electricity and data communication<\/strong>
\nThe lights are installed in suspended ceilings in the hallways and washrooms. The electricity meters are remotely readable. The living rooms are equipped with communication sockets for TV and internet. The award-winning Kuu Architecture Office is founded by Joel Kopli, Juhan Rohtla and Koit Ojaliiv. Kuu architects have been repeatedly recognized for their outstanding work: the architectural solution for the Estonian Academy of Arts received the National Culture Award, the Cultural Endowment Award and the Architect of the Year Award from the Estonian Architects’ Association; the Rakvere Work and Technology Centre also received the Architect of the Year Award from the Estonian Architects’ Association and the main prize of the Cultural Endowment’s architecture endowment.<\/p>\n

The Kuu team has extensive experience in designing private homes, new developments, and public spaces.
