Windows
The windows are made as energy-efficient PVC windows with a single frame and triple glazing, opening inwards.
Walls between apartments
Solid cast hollow block.
Balcony
The balconies of the apartments have metal railings. The apartments on the first floor have open terraces. The balcony surface is made of concrete.
Security
The entrance to the staircase has an electric lock.
Elevator
All buildings three stories and higher have an elevator.
Energy label
The energy efficiency of the building corresponds to the A energy class label. Solar panels will be installed on the roof.
Interior walls
Non-load-bearing walls are single-layer plaster walls on a metal frame and are insulated with mineral wool.
Finishing
The walls and ceilings of the living areas will be painted, the walls and floors in wet rooms will be covered with ceramic tiles. The floors of the living areas will be covered with single-strip laminate parquet in the standard finish according to the package chosen by the client.
Doors
The interior and exterior doors of the apartment are smooth doors.
Heating system
The source of heat supply for residential buildings is a district heating network. The apartments have room-based controlled water floor heating.
Ventilation
High-quality air exchange and healthy indoor air are ensured by a central forced ventilation system with heat recovery.
Electricity and data communication
The lights are installed in suspended ceilings in the hallways and washrooms. The electricity meters are remotely readable. The living rooms are equipped with communication sockets for TV and internet. The technical readiness for concluding telephone, internet and TV service contracts with various service providers is ensured.

The award-winning Kuu Architecture Office is founded by Joel Kopli, Juhan Rohtla and Koit Ojaliiv.
