Activities in the yard for both body and mind, young and old

Nature and culture two steps away

ERM Street has its own face and fluidity, which is not found anywhere else in Estonia or Europe. It is a unique street space, a symbiosis of street and park. The entire Aviaator residential area will also be green with its groves of trees, rain beds, fruit trees and berry bushes in the yards and a community garden in the middle of the residential area. The beautiful Raadi Lake will also be nearby, where you can enjoy water fun in the summer and temper your body and mind in the winter.

When talking about Raadi, we can’t get past the Estonian National Museum, where in addition to exhibitions, there is a lively cultural life with workshops, seminars and events. The Upside Down House and the Ice Age Centre are also within easy reach.

Free time

The Raadi area also offers plenty of opportunities for active leisure activities. Close to home, you will find light traffic roads and hiking trails, as well as the Raadi Terminal outdoor gym. A short walk away is the Roosi Discgolf Park, where you can get acquainted with this sport or hone your skills. Holm Football Park, Tartu Adventure Park and Tartu Snow Park are also conveniently nearby. In winter, you can race at Raadimõisa Snowtubing or glide on the Vedru ski slopes.
